Austin, Texas singer-songwriter Shakey Graves, aka Alejandro Rose-Garcia, has revealed a new track from his forthcoming album “Can’t Wake Up”, out on May 4 via Dualtone Records. “Kids These Days” is an optimistic track, with its lively, bluesy guitars and lyrics of youthful naïveté (I’m too young to die / gonna live forever) and self-deprecation (“I am the young, dumb, chosen one”). Download “Kids These Days” off “Can’t Wake Up” any time between March 12th, and March 19th and learn more about Shakey Graves at his official website, “like” him on Facebook, and follow him on Twitter.
WTTS has sent a lucky listener to Gulf Shores and another to Manchester, TN. Now we are sending Karla Ray over the river to Louisville, KY for Forecastle Festival. Karla won two weekend wristbands good for Friday – Sunday and 3 night stay in a hotel in downtown Louisville. Thanks to everyone who registered.
