Marketing Specialist
Join our team as a full-time Marketing Specialist and join our mission to help grow local businesses.
In this non-corporate, Indianapolis-based position, you’ll help local businesses grow through the power of WTTS advertising, including our vast array of digital products through our new ST Digital arm. We will craft and customize the right scenario for the right candidate.
Prior media sales experience is not required. Successful candidates do have:
– Strong sales or relationship-based customer service experience
– A solid work ethic and a drive to succeed
– A passion for developing and nurturing mutually-beneficial business relationships

WTTS RADIO PROMOTIONS STREET TEAM (PART-TIME)
Help grow the WTTS brand as a part of our Street Team. You’ll have the opportunity to assist with a variety of promotion needs and events throughout Central Indiana including on-site event setup and contesting.
Successful candidates must have:
– A passion for music and spreading the word about WTTS
– Good communication skills – interpersonal, phone, and writing
– A valid Indiana driver’s license and a clean driving record
– A flexible schedule (20 to 25 per week), including nights, weekends, and holidays
