Alabama native Matthew Houck has been performing as Phosphorescent since at least as long as he has been making music in the fabled Brooklyn, NY neighborhood that has spawned superstars for generations. After playing at Louisville’s Forecastle festival last year, along with sharing the stage with Father John Misty on a U.S. tour Phosphorescent is now ready to release another full length album this fall.
