WTTS Rock On The River: Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats

Nathaniel Rateliff And The Night Sweats kick off the summer with live music that makes a difference here at home. It’s the return of WTTS Rock On The River, presented by Arni’s Restaurant.

This summer’s benefit features Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats along with The Record Company. The show happens Friday, June 1st at the Farm Bureau Insurance Lawn at White River State Park and once again a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Indiana Children’s Wish Fund. Gates for the show will be at 6pm and Music starts at 7:30.

On the evening of this once in a lifetime show Laura Duncan will be broadcasting live from 5pm-7pm. At 7:00pm we’ll broadcast the exclusive Studio session recorded earlier that day by the Record Company in Sun King Studio 92. As you tour the venue be sure to use #WTTSRockontheRiver and use the Rock On The River Snapchat filter to take photos of this memorable evening. Also, be sure to stop by the WTTS tent to bid on a Tom Petty autographed turntable in a silent auction to benefit the Indiana Children’s Wish Fund and check twitter to look for clues on where to find “keys” in a venue wide scavenger hunt.

The show has completely sold out come back for show photos following the event.

Indiana Children's Wish Fund

Portions of the proceeds will be donated to the Indiana Children’s Wish Fund. Their mission is to put smiles on the faces of Indiana children who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness by making a dream come true. Their children have had to fight battles that children should not have to fight. These children go through treatments that make them sick for days on end. They forget what childhood is all about. Granting their wish gives these brave children something to look forward to and helps build strength and hope for their futures. Every child has the right to be loved, nurtured and to reach for a dream.

92-3 WTTS Rock On The River is presented by Arni’s Restaurant.

Bonnaroo ’10 — Backstage & Crowd Photos

Live from Bonnaroo, and lots of great live music this afternoon.  Trombone Shorty was a favorite of mine, playing tunes from his major label debut Backatown.  Temperatures remain brutal, but what’s Bonnaroo without the heat?

Trombone Shorty

There's always something new at Bonnaroo. This year, introducing "Splash-a-roo" - basically, a big Slip n' Slide. Bet that water's clean...

Throughout the weekend, we’ll be broadcasting special backstage performances and interviews from Bonnaroo.  Of couse, we’re on a 700-acre piece of farmland in the middle of nowhere.  You might be wondering how we set up and soundproof studios out here:
