He's been to (nearly) all of the WTTS Private Concerts.  He comes to each Studio 92 session and Run Like Hell every year.  He's bought every Collector's Edition CD.  He's been the ninth caller many, many times.  Phil loves music and Phil loves WTTS. And we love Phil's musical tastes.  So we decided to give Phil his own show on 92-3 WTTS.
